Thank you, negative emotion

A process to release negative emotions and shift you into a positive state.

Thank you dear negative emotion. I’m grateful you’ve shown up to indicate my desires I wasn’t aware of. Now that I can understand why you are here and what I am wanting, I can work on achieving it and can release you. Thank you, dear emotion.

Just popped into my mind and helps me releasing my current negative emotions. I think, it changes your perspective on your current emotion. When I feel bad I’m judging it as bad to feel bad. This creates resistance and prevents me from releasing and shifting my emotions. When being thankful for your emotion it dissolves your judgment, releasing the resistance and allowing you to feel better. On top of this you identify the true reason for feeling your emotions which is your deepest desire for some change. But as you know you can only get what you want when you are in vibrational alignment with what you want, you now are able to bring yourself into that alignment through deliberate visualization, thoughts and focusing on the things you want to see.
